On Sunday night, it just really dawned at me that I'd have to go to classes again the next day after traveling and having fun. I was really dreading going back to classes.
Halfway through the next day, I realized that it wasn't as bad as I was thinking. I forgot how much I have enjoyed my classes and professors. I joke about how it would be really bad if I didn' t like my professors because I have two professors twice a day, so I see them both a lot. But, I really do like going to class! I learn a lot and I am challenged a lot.
One of my professors, Nacho, told me that day that I've really improved in my writing this semester. He was really encouraging. That meant a lot to me because I had been worrying about my grades because they haven't been as I wanted them. I also got my midterm exam back from that same class and found that I got a ninety-nine percent!
I've also had some awesome friends here. Lunchtime is always fun to see what everyone did over the weekend, telling about some adventure somewhere in Granada or Florence.
The directors are incredible too. Every time I pass by one of them, they greet me by name. There are only thirty-three students here, but that still seems like a lot of names to learn. So, it's pretty awesome that they make the effort to say my name when they see me. They are so caring and fun.
I'm so thankful for the fundación!
